Softwood Strength Grading

CATG is a certification body for the examination and certification for all CE timber strength grading schemes.

This includes Softwood visual strength grading to EN 14081 and BS 4978.

Once you become a qualified grader you will need to assessed every 12 months. CATG will come to your site to complete this assessment.
