CATG is committed to providing an impartial, competent, open, confidential and responsive service to its customers. The reputation of our customers and CATG depends upon it.

To ensure there are no conflicts of interest CATG carries out pre-audit checks to ensure our auditors and certification decision makers are competent and impartial in their decision making.

We are committed to maintain this impartiality so that all certification decisions are fair and impartial. All our staff are aware of our principles.

CATG's Governing Board is established to monitor, advise and review our procedures and policies to ensure impartiality.

We recognise that the source of revenue from a client for CATG is a potential threat to our impartiality. CATG will review and take appropriate action to maintain its impartiality.
